the hotel is right next to the miramar shopping mall. a local bus stop is also conveniently located right outside. i liked that it catered to all ages and had something on every day. the pool and lobby bar had a good selection of hot foods, snacks, and drinks, super handy.
We had to move rooms twice because of extreme noise levels. the rooms are not soundproof. the air conditioning barely worked. Sleeping was challenging every night. housekeeping service was unacceptable. The room was supposed to be cleaned every two days. after six days with no cleaning or towel change, we demanded it.

the location was convenient with a shopping centre nearby. i found it useful for quick access to amenities.
The noise at night was a real problem. the walls seemed thin, and i could hear everything from the corridor. It made getting a good night's sleep quite difficult.

I visit this hotel often with my family and it's always enjoyable. they offer fun entertainment, like bingo and the staff are consistently very nice. the premises include a football pitch, a pool, and an arcade room. i'd certainly recommend it. There is a supermarket just across the street
the room cleaning seemed a bit irregular. It wasn't always consistent.

The shopping center nearby proved useful.
I stayed in May 2024, and my experience differed greatly from a previous stay. I upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment hoping for a sunny balcony, but the sun only reached it briefly in the evening. A musty smell filled the room upon arrival. It seemed unused for a while.
